Publishing Agreement

About this Agreement

This agreement details details our policies for user submitted audio stories through our software ("Story", "Stories").

Twisp features a collection of user submitted audio short stories in addition to curated content. Twisp users must agree to this Publishing Agreement ("Agreement") and abide to the policies set forth before uploading their Story. All Stories will be sent through our approval process and must be marked as "approved" before they are made public within the Twisp Service. Twisp retains the right to reject or remove any Story for any reason at any time.

In some instances, a Story may be initially approved and retroactively placed under review where it may then be rejected and no longer featured on the Twisp Service.
